Needed a last-minute oil change at 7am on a Friday morning before departing on a long trip. The folks at Auto Check were very pleasant and polite, and they accommodated my needs. The facility was clean and inviting, and the technicians seemed knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility.
Dropped off my car for an oil change; guy tells me it'll be about an hour so I advise that I'll return in that time. Get back over an hour later and the car hasn't been touched. Guy at front desk doesn't apologize and all but blames me because "most people who drop it off don't return until almost closing time". If nothing else, they can be fast when they want to as they did the oil change in about 15 minutes, but that may mean that they did it so fast as to have done a bad job.
