I have been treated by chiropractors in the Austin area for over 20 years and I have seen many come and go, However this guy/Doctor has stood the test and remains one of the best! i have sports related injuries and Dr Barras keeps me in motion and helps me to continue to preform at the best I can for a 40 year old man!. Dr. Barras is one of the best in the Austin area and ranks in the top five best Chiropractors in Central Texas. Shawn Z.

Dr. B is always my first stop when there's something physically bothering me. His approach has always been relaxed, yet concerned (unlike many other chiropractors I've been to). Huge thumbs up. :)
