The phone and front desk manner has changed. I noticed it, then my wife mentioned it without prompting. Then the same manner on the phone. Previously was friendly, helpful, even charming. Now more curt, "dismissive" my wife says, more suited to an inner city ER triage station than a small family owned clinic. Love the practitioners..... Bring back that welcoming feeling. Of course this is a sample of two patients ,based on four interactions, so YMMV.
