Had appointment, was sent email for appointment, received phone confirmation of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited until 15 minutes after my appointment, when asked about my hairstylist, he was contacted and he stated he was not due to come in for another hour. I was asked to reschedule my appointment.

When I arrived for my appointment, I waited until 15 minutes after my appointment, when asked about my hairstylist, he was contacted and he stated he was not due to come in for another hour. I was asked to reschedule my appointment, the hairstylist was unable work within my schedule.
I am very disappointed that I was not offered another hairstylist to trim my hair or that the current hairstylist could come in earlier on another day to accomodate me.
Rachel is great!! My hair was a mess and she has saved it!
