Love the salon, don't like the online booking system. Be aware, you have to pay in advance, or your appt is lost....found out when I showed up for my appt :(
To be honest, I did not enjoy my haircut and I deeply regret going. I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years now and i have never have one complaint. Yesterday, Amy left my hair half wet and wavy when I specifically asked her for a nice styled blow out. I could have done a better job. Is there anything you can do?

I always look forward to my haircut appointments with Kim. She always does an amazing job with my hair especially with the crazy cuts I ask for! I highly recommend this salon and Kim. In the past 2 years I've been going there, I've always had a great experience.
Colleen is amazing! She really listened to me when I told her what I needed for a cut and did exactly what we talked about.
