I started to come to your salon because I felt like I was not treated special enough at my old salon. I felt special on the first two visits at your salon, but this last visit was less pampering. Nicki is great, but I felt like the gal who wash my hair rushed me a bit and she was rushed to wash too many women at once. She did not get the color off my forehead very well. After my hair was washed, I was not having anything else done and just wanted product put in and a little finish. Nicki was busy doing someone else's hair and so the gal who washed my hair, put in something fast, scrunched my hair and ran off to wash someone else. I feel badly that I did not know her name. She did not introduce herself. She knew my name, but she could have introduced herself to me. I was asking her what product she was using and she would not answer me. Maybe her mind was elsewhere, maybe she did not know...I asked more than once, but she never told me what she was using. I just like to know, so that if I like it better than what I use at home, I might purchase it. I took it a little personally, because she was having fun talking to another customer. Pam is great at making folks feel warm and welcome and pampered and Nicki made me feel special, but the wash experience was not as warm and fuzzy. I am not sure why. Perhaps I did something to offend her. I did not mean to. Next time, I want to feel special from beginning to end because I don't spend money on myself often and while I am sure I could have spent more money in the salon, what I did spend was more than I can spend comfortably.
