This visit would have received 4/5 if not for a 45 minute wait after my appointment time and no "I'm sorry for the wait...". I know things come up, but I would like some acknowledgement that my time is also important. When my hair dresser is running more than 30 minutes behind, the receptionist calls and let's me know, so I don't rush to make it there on time and then sit for a long time waiting.
