I really like the way the dentist talks you through the procedure. The dentist also shows concern for the level of pain that you may be in and encourages his patients to let him know when you are in pain.

Dr. Wright is simply the best dentist I have visited thus far. He approaches every appointment by asking you how you are doing since your last visit. He then proceeds to tell you what he will doing, how long it will take and assures you he will do all he can to make you comfortable. And he does just that. And I must say that the assistant who works with him is awesome too. Very professional. She assured me on day one I would have a good experience. I had my last visit yesterday and I give this office a 100+.
My entire experience was great! Andy was a great hygienist and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and explaining any what she was doing as she did it. The view was amazing too! All around great service.

This dentist is simply one of the best dentist I have been to in my 50+ years. I am still waiting to fill pain and it has not happened. Highly recommend this office. The staff is also professionally awesome!!!

We brought our son to the dentist. They performed his cleaning and then told us he had cavities and they wouldn't work on him. why would the receptionist not inform us of that on the phone?? Ridiculous. On top of that, the dentist was extremely cold.
It is not that we cannot complete fillings on your son, but our dentist wanted a specialist's opinion on his treatment plan because your son may require more advanced care. Our office does not see many children and we are not fully equipped to do all pediatric procedures. We provided the most comprehensive care we could, but we did not want to initiate treatment beyond preventative care, in the event that he needs more work to be completed. There was no way for us to anticipate over the phone that his treatment plan may be out of our office's scope of care.
You also had an appointment completed and at the time of the appointment, it seemed to be completed to your satisfaction. If this was not the case, please give me a call so we could discuss this further.

Well, I had my second appointment yesterday and I am still saying this is one of the most professional dental offices in the downtown area. AND, I can honestly say the dentist is the best, painfree. He has reduced my fears of dental work.
I give 5 stars for my cut and highlights, but 3 to the salon itself. I've been a customer here a long time for haircuts, color, nails, massages, etc and left with conflicting thoughts last time. Last year 2012 I was told I would receive 20% off services one day within a month of my birthday if I gave them my email. Never got the coupon emailed to me as promised so when I called and set up my appointment, they honored it anyways on the day of service (highlights and cut). I made sure to verify they had the correct email for next year. Fast forward 2013, didn't get the email again. Called to schedule my usual highlight and cut, and the woman assured me my 20% off services would be honored. After receiving my services though and getting ready to pay, I'm told that this year the coupon was for 20% off a service never used before. Excuse me?! I talked to multiple people when scheduling and confirming my appointments and clarified my "coupon" would be honored, and now I was told no because it was not a first time service! Ridiculous because the women I talked to over the phone knew I had received these services in the past because she could tell me who did them. Also, how many times do I need to clarify that you have my correct email address? The salon ended up giving me 20% off the cut alone which was like $10. Thanks for nothing. Wouldn't have rushed in to get my hair done within my bday month if I had known this. Almost thinking I should find a new salon but I love the stylists!
This is one of the loveliest spas in any major city. Facials are luxuriant (Patricia was fabulous) and massages are caring and wonderful (Julie, my masseuse was brilliant!) The locker rooms are fantastic with access to steam rooms. There is a gorgeous pool and gym with a fantastic view if you want to use those facilities. Great place to go by yourself for pampering, or with a lover for some time away. I have also been here for services with my daughter. Love this spa.
