I have gone to Arch Brows for 2 years and this was by far the worst service I have received. I asked for my eyebrows and upper lip to be threaded. The girl starts threading my chin...I have no choice once she starts to let her finish. Of course, I get to pay for the extra service, too. More insulting to me were the two girls who talked in a foreign language to each other and did nothing but laugh.

I've been coming here for years. Everyone is so pleasant, courteous & professional. It is a very convenient location. Sanya is my favorite. She is wonderful..... This is the place to go.....

The girls were so kind! It was my first time threading and they were so sweet. Bought the 5 pack deal and am excited to come back here. Also the wait wasn't bad-- super fast service.

I've been to spas all over the country and all over the DFW Metroplex and this spa always offers the most for your money. Their spa technology is modern and always stays current with their treatments offered. The professionals employed there are the most skilled, courteous and friendly that you will find anywhere. Because of their excellence, this is the only spa I now do business with. I'm very particular and so are they.

I usually go to spa senergy in Lewisville for my brazilian waxing the lady that does my brazilian waxing was on vacation for two weeks and I am taking a vacation and needed a wax before I left. I came in and the wax a used was not the hard wax it was the strips it was horrible it hurt very bad not was what I was expecting she did not remove all the hair and told me that it was normal for hair to be left behind I have to get been getting the Brazilian waxes from spa synergy for 6 months and I never have any hair left. will not ever come back for a Brazilian wax to this one again
