Absolutely thrilled with my hair after my first visit to Aquilibrium this week. Rebecca did a fantastic job! Very impressed with how friendly and professional the entire staff was. Will definitely be back!
to not waste time it sucked in the ned. Only good part was the waxing, may not come back for aqnything but from now on...hair cuts are done Poor only on the customer service great 5 star on the waxing. Since my hair cut which was planned 6 weeks prior got messed up (which was "suppose to be right after the waxing) and when I tried to rebook a new time I was cut off by the stylist stating another client was going to be calling in for this new time which I was in the middle of booking, although this new time was emplty, this client that was to be calling was "special", she had that "thing you know" was said right in front of me. So zero zilch on customer service for this part and no I would only recommed the waxing. Lotts of places to get good hair cuts out there where maybe I won't be told that someone else has a "that thing you know"
