From the minute I walked in the door the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Sondra "repaired" a less than perfect haircut I got a week ago. I've definitely found the right stylist for me. I will be more than happy to refer others.

and how i want my hair to be.
My stylist did not ask if I had sensitivities to hair die and proceeded to use a all over color that burned by scalp and face when that could have been avoided by using the sensitive skin version of the dye. So because of the burning, the dye had to be rinsed out in half the time, so it did not make my hair as dark as it should have been and left my hair in this in between color that looks blah and ashy. In addition, there were too many light highlights on top so now I have light hair on top and really dark underneath and on the lower regions of the hair. Looks ridiculous. Then after it is finished and I am obviously not pleased with it and forked out almost $200, the stylist does not offer to do anything to make me happier with it. No professional or good customer service.
