My children selected Dr. Gauthier and his staff when they were very young. They feared appointments. So we did comparison visits.

My experience with the receptionist was terrible! My son's appointments were cancelled by accident by the office, and not once did she say she was sorry!! Very rude and not accommodating at all! However, Tina, the dental hygienist was fantastic as usual. She is so personable and kind.

My appointment was acceptably on time, waiting room is calming, clean, staff is courteous, knowledgable and friendly, however, I am not a fan of having the patient in the stall next to me watching as I am rinsing.....
