The customer service needs some serious improvement. I don't believe the doctor is aware of some of the lack of good customer service. I arrived on a Tuesday for spa services and was informed that the credit card machine was down. I explained that I traveled from Long Island and my disappointment. They failed to do anything or try to accommodate. I did return on Saturday with my payment in cash. I waited for almost an hour prior to being serviced. Not sure I will be returning. Looking for similar services closer to home.
