All Ways Automotive is a family owned repair facility that has been in business in Fremont since 1990. We are a California State Automobile Association (CSAA) Approved Auto Repair facility and have maintained this approval rating for over 20 years. This means that our shop has consistently maintained a high standard of customer satisfaction in five separate areas and is monitored for quality control by CSAA. We are also required by CSAA to keep our equipment up to date, which helps to ensure that we are able to maintain and diagnose today's modern vehicles. In 2011 we were awarded AAA's new highest repair facility designation and became a AAA - Total Repair Care Center. This prestigious new rating requires that we maintain even higher standards than before and includes a 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty for all repairs performed on AAA member vehicles. All Ways Automotive has been using this same standard for all of our customers since 2010, and feel it is important that you are confident with the repairs performed by us on your vehicle. We are also members of the NAPA AutoCare network, which consists of over 14,000 repair facilities nationwide. These associations give us a referral system of other high quality shops for warranty repair work if ever needed when you are traveling out of town. The NAPA "Peace of Mind Warranty, " protects you for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. To show you our commitment to excellence we also personally double that warranty to give you an industry leading 24 months or 24,000 miles of protection for you and your car.
