I came to celebrate friend's birthday and decided to try her favorite facial and as with my previous experiences, it was so-so. We compared our facials and I did not get extractions as she did which she says is always included. My aesthetician did not even mention it or say whether I needed any or asked. When asked about extending parking timer since we had more than one service, she was told by front desk that they do not extend the meter for customers unless already provided money despite my friend saying they do it. So, I didn't fully enjoy my facial since I was stressing about the possible ticket awaiting me and I wasn't about to go out there after being fully undressed, if I had to get redressed to do my own meter, I would have just ended my appointment right then. Luckily, my friend's aesthetician knew better and directed the front desk to fill our meter and charge us when we check out - they had a new person on the desk and wasn't informed of this procedure. For what it is, Allure is a mid range spa with slightly high prices and good for those who don't want to leave the Anchorage area for spa services and would recommend supporting other nearby spas for variety.
