Gavin was great in communicating with me about what was going on with my car at all times while they were working on it. The customer waiting lounge was clean and comfortable. I felt welcome and trusted these guys exclusively with my new purchase car and older model car for service. I think they are honest and willing to go extra steps to make customer happy. I was!

My 2002 Silverado 4x4 is nearing 139k. Things that squeek and go bump in the night cause me to pause. Brought her into AllStar for a full break job and oil change. Preparing myself for the worse I was looking for any way to reduce the costs. The Tec tells me I don't need rear brakes yet, I breath a sigh of relief. Then I tell him the rt. frnt. wheel makes some "growling noise". " Bad wheel brearing" he says. How did he save me money you ask. I was departing for a lengthy road trip, had it happened in the middle of where I was headed, the repair would have been far more expens The folks at AllStar, like a good Dr., listen to the patient. That's why I go to AllStar.

Repair attempted with focus on firewall. This did not alleviate the problem and I will be bringing car back for a second look.
