Hello, I must say that, at first, I was concerned about being pressured into an open-ended service committment, i.e.: "We'll do a complete inspection of your car and insure everything is correct." In fact, all I needed was for you to install Dinan software, and then, if the problem code I had still existed, we could talk about how to remedy it. I was erroneously told that my problem was not related to the software according to Dinan. When I spoke with Dinan engineering (Dan), he said the problem absolutely WAS related to the software and that installing Stage3 would correct it. It did. I must point out that there are customers, like me, who have an intimate knowledge of the car but, at times, must depend on facilities like yours to accomplish certain functions. I acknowledge that you can't know when we are coming in, but I would suggest that you assume we have the knowledge rather than assuming we don't.
As it turned out, you did a great job and I am quite happy with the results. When I bring the car back for the Stage4 install, I will be less suspecious.
