I have been going there for a long time and some of my family goes too. I love my stylist and her lady that shampoos my hair. The only way I would leave is if My stylist should leave. Great place and people.
From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, the people are respectful and attentive.
Maggie is my hair consultant and she is incredible. As she says, she puts love into my hair. I walk away feeling beautiful. She remembers what I like in style and offers new ideas that she has thought about for me since my last visit. I always feel special in her chair.
It is a treat to get my hair done. Anna did my shampoo and ... wow, she massaged my head and scalp. She massaged my neck when I sat up which was just that final perfect touch.

Kimberly, a certified prenatal massage therapist, was able to recognize the pain that I have been having in my hips. It didn't feel like much while she was working on them, but I haven't had hip pain since! The entire office was knowledgeable about when it is appropriate to have a prenatal massage and the techniques used. And the entire staff is always so pleasant.

Although bridal services are advertised on the website, beware that this place does NOT specialize in bridal hair or any styling for that matter. I was extremely disappointed with my bridal hair consultation. What I ended up with was a $100 style I could easily produce at home. My stylist was not the least bit creative and did not even attempt to follow the pictures I brought in. She did not even know how to braid. I cancelled my wedding date appointment with them immediately telling them I was not satisfied and they didn't even waive the consultation fee. Disgusted and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a descent hair style.
I love my new cut and color! Alexandre is truly an artist.
