The visit started badly but ended well. I had called with a specific question and was told I could drop off my glasses for measurements and pick up later. When I tried to do that, I was told that I couldn't, that I would need to speak with someone, that it would take time, etc. I didn't have time so I left. I called again and sure enough, I could do what I was originally told. If the communication breakdown was my fault, I apologize. I do, however, believe that the person I spoke with was not hearing what I was trying to explain. At any rate, I am bringing in my glasses for new lenses next week.
