From the first time I came to your office I was impressed with quality of service and knowledge of everyone from the front desk to Dr Johnson to the optical assistants. There have been a few times, including the first visit when I was not even an established patient, that I came in with broken glasses. Each time, you were able to either repair them or find a suitable replacement frame.
My only suggestion would be to be let the patient clearly know ahead of time the cost of the Optical Scan pictures. This may have been done at my last appointment, however and I may have missed it.
