Very good massage. Daniel started with the head, which a lot of therapists don't do. He did a wonderful job spending time on my hands and feet.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lady who took my blood pressure was nice. The Dr was very dry and I felt like all he wanted to do was sell me supplements. An appointment that I was told would take 1-1& a half hours ended up taking almost 2 hours. I looked at the clock and knew how long I was supposed to be receiving my treatment. When the short, little girl tried to remove my lasers I told her that it hadn't been enough time, she just ignored me!! Alot of waiting for the Dr. to be free to see me. I thought that was why I made an appointment!!!!
AdvaCare is a business that is misleading. I spent a great amount of time explaining that I was a recent grad and really needed to stay within a budget. I believed that the staff understood my situation. The care I was given was average. I was treated two times a week but truly didn't see a huge improvement. I expressed this each day but was not given much of a variation in treatment each week. Hindsight is 20/20, but I probably should have chosen another clinic after I didn't see much change. The most unfortunate aspect of my experience was that I was given a bill of $800 by surprise nearing what turned out to be my last week because of this surprise bill. I paid each time I visited the clinic. I was never told that additional charges were being incurred each visit. Their excuse was that there was, "not another room to discuss these additional charges, and sometimes these bills take people by surprise." What a response! Needless to say, I never returned and have told everyone I know to not visit Advacare. I believe in ethical business practices and this business does not follow these values. Don't waste your time and money.
I feel the care that I am getting at AdvaCare is very helpful towards improving my quality of life and dealing with the pains in my low back and neck.
My appointment was at 11:15 but I was still waiting at 12:15. I had to go to work so I had to leave. Hopefully I will get in faster next time.

While AdvaCare offers a huge range of wellness care I personally have only gone in for massages. Michael is one of the therapist and he is fantastic! I like how this clinic offers various affordable care plans so everyone can have a chance at feeling better!
