Good service but too expensive. I really don't think you should charge $120 for diagnostics when a customer goes ahead with the repair; that charge increases the costs significantly. I will have to shop around next time.

Addison staff did a great job, and made me feel welcome while I waited. They made some very expensive recommendations, but did't pressure me. They also ranked their recommendations by degree of urgency, which was very helpful

The technicians did a good job on my car. There were two issues that I was disappointed with, however... My appointment was for 8:30am and I arrived and checked in prior to 8:30. My car was not taken into the garage to be started on until 9:00. It is frustrating to sit for a half hour after having made an appointment and watch your car sit in the parking lot. Also, as I was sitting in the waiting area, I overheard the staff talking about how they were short an employee the day I was there and they were backed up. All of the staff in the building that were greeting people walking in were stressed and flustered the entire time I was there. I would have appreciated being told when I arrived that they were backed up and my service may take longer than expected.

Everyone talks about customer service but few measure up to their hype. I am a first time client and won't look elsewhere for any service you offer. Your work was excellent and delivered on time but your greatest asset is your customer service. I felt like I was leaving my car with a trusted family member. Thank you for the peace of mind that you provided.
