Could not ask for better dentists and staff than those at the Ackley Dental Group.

My visit to Ackley Dental Group was as a new patient. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Laura who made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The new patient forms to fill out were standard except for one question: "Do you want to take care of your teeth?" I think that is why I am here! We had a laugh about this.

After a short wait, Cassandra cared for me, doing the cleaning. She took the time to check a number of items with my insurance to make sure I would not be charged inappropriately. Cassandra's bubbly personality made the time in the chair go quicklly. My teeth never felt more clean. Great job Cassandra!

Dr. Rod Ackley finished up with the exam. I appreciated his sense of humor. Made me feel welcomed and important.

Bottom line - the Ackley staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. I'm lookinf forward to my next visit. Also I appreciated the new patient goody gift!

Typically I'd rather have my foot ran over than visit the dentist! But I felt that I was given very thorough treatment and the staff was very pleasant I'm pleased with the results and oddly enough I'm looking forward to my next visit to address my Pre-existing issues, thank you
