Cons:
Dropped my car off at 0900 as was prearranged for a smog test. I called at 1100 to check on the car and was told that the car was still being worked on. Fifteen minutes later I got a call back saying the car was ready. Normally a smog check takes from 30 to 40 minutes to complete. I didn't need the car so it didn't really matter but if you make an appointment at a certain time the expectation is that it will be completed promptly.

Jason and his front office seem like family - wish they were. u can be totally at ease, comfort and KNOW the work, the answers to ur questions (4 ur means of transportation) and honesty are a very valued personal information key to keep u going back. I do not let just anyone touch my car, let alone dive it!.... this is a place of valued service without the dealers costs!!!
