I have been a long time customer of AARDVARK and I am always amazed at the turnover of employees every time I visit. I do feel it affects customer service because you are not able to develop any type of relationship between your pet and the employees. If it were not for Dr. Thomas, I would probably look for another clinic.
During my recent visit, I was a little concerned of the inexperience of the staff and the inconsistency of standard operating procedures for techniques performed.
More importantly, I was amazed that after sedating my dog, no one returned to make sure the dog recovered fully. I left the office without ever seeing anyone. Again lack of customer service..
