I watched as the previous client walked out looking amazing so I knew I was in for a great haircut. Well ,that is not what I got. Quite the opposite really. The new stylist Nicole was very nice but seemed nervous for such a high powered salon. You work at Zona, an Aveda salon, own it and don't make me wonder what I am walking out if here with.

She gave what would be a good haricut for someone else. I walked in with mid-lower back hair length that is actually quite healthy since I refreshed with a 9" cut 1 yr ago..and requested that I have it cleaned up and styled in front but to keep the length no more than a few inches trimmed if at all possible.

My hair is now neither framed nor long. I left with my hair just below my shoulders which was at least 5+ inches from my starting length. I have never had hair this short nor do I ever plan to again. Listen to your client!

I will return but will be seeing Shannon or Hannah definitely.

I was very much pleased with outstanding service for a color and cut/stylling. It was just what I needed and it felt so good to be ready for the New Year's dinner with friends not worrying about how my hair looked. Hanna did an outstanding job.

The stylist forgot to give me a complimentary botanical conditioning treatment. I've used her before and wanted to return to her, but this offer was what convinced me to do so. I mentioned the complimentary treatment offer when booking the appointment as well as to the stylist when I arrived at the salon, saying it was just the incentive I needed to return.

My stylist, Shannon, has consistently done a good work achieving

the hair do I want. She is always pleasant, time effective, and

suggests products to me that will help me do my own hair. I was

never good at the hair dryer and rolling brush technique. Watching

her helped me and the products I bought made it easier.

Hannah is wonderful. So kind and sweet. The desk staff is always so considerate as well.

I would love it if you have coffee available in the lobby area. IT would be great to sit for a few minutes and relax while I'm waiting. It's very rare that I get a chance to relax and going to the salon is one of them. A coffeee or tea would make that even better.
