My experience was not positive. I first came in on a day that my apt was made for to find that the dentist on duty was not aware of the procedure she was about to do. I had previously discussed the options and steps with another dentist and was ready for the work to be done. She spoke with me and told me that it was not going to be possible that day because it was the first time she had seen me and did not know what was supposed to happen. It gave a bad feeling of a lack of communication. In addition, the procedure needed at least an hour and my scheduled appointment was only for 20 minutes. It was incredibly frustrating.
Two days later when I did come in for the work, the dentists did not seem like they were confident in what they were doing. The office seemed understaffed and unaware of what was going on. My dentist was halfway hesitant in her work and did not instill confidence and reassurance on my end as a patient.
This was in complete contradiction to my experience the previous Monday night. It was almost 7pm when I sat down in the chair. The dentist on duty sat confidently next to me, worked quickly and efficiently with her assistant who anticipated her every move. They were professional and I was extremely pleased with my visit.
