It was later in the evening when I realized I had lost a piece of my upper molar. By morning I knew I had a dental emergency and called the office before they were open. Soon after leaving a message and being in pain, I decided to head toward the office, hoping to be fit into their already busy Family Dental Practice. In transit, I received a callback from the office less than ten minutes after they opened, informing me that I could be fit into an early appointment. I was relieved as it worked perfectly with my expected arrival. Following and exam and X-rays, the dentist appeared to explain the two choices I had with ongoing benefits of each, appropriate for my age. The dental assistant was informative and compassionate when explaining the proposed procedures. I was escorted to the receptionist desk where I received a treatment plan, complete with total expenses of the proposed procedure. The friendly receptionist scheduled the earliest possible appointment. I was given an overnight to decide which choice of treatment I preferred and instructed to call the next day with my decision. When I made the call the receptionist informed me a call to my preferred pharmacy would be made for me to begin the necessary antibiotic. I have no complaints throughout the three years I have been a patient at this practice.
