I love the service at William Edge everything from a welcoming refreshing drink to the hand massage while getting shampooed. However, the one thing that seems to be consistently below average is the check-out process. The past couple times I've been in for a cut or color there always seems to be confusion when paying. Last night I was charged for a haircut when I didn't receive one, thankfully I realized just before walking out the door. But the one area I think causes confusion is the way the services read on the receipt. Last night I got a color and toner and style - originally charged for all of that plus a haircut which amounted to $182, when they took off the haircut, which was itemized on the receipt for $52, the remaining balance was $165. I asked for clarification because the math didn't make sense and the front desk representative could not clearly explain the difference in cost, finally she was able to explain that while my receipt shows services itemizes, the way I'm actually charged is based on time with the stylist.
