I notice there are new people and I really like Megan (believe that's her name) who took care of me while cleaning my teeth and giving me tips. I was greeted with kindness and respect by the receptionist which is why it's a 4 star. However, it's a 3 star because I feel the communication with the staff is off and I would tell the receptionist on the phone that I am paying for one particular procedure then next I am charged for something else yet she agreed that I am just gonna pay for the cleaning. If I am being specific about what I am going to pay that day, there shouldn't be some other charge for something I didn't agree to or wanted done that day. There needs to be a direct, communicative agreement about what I can and can't pay. It looked like since I started a job, we automatically need to start doing the other procedures which is over a grand, my check isn't over a grand!
During the summer, I will be back for exams and cleanings. We need to have a quick chat about my procedures, finances, and making sure whatever is paid gets updated in the system and that we are all on the same page as patient and professional. Anyway, it's always a positive experience going there because Fehmi and Beyranian are super awesome!
