Drs. Fehmi and Beyramian received their Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan. Their continued commitment to their patients and profession is evident from their completion of hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in cosmetic, implant, and sedation dentistry. This location is awful! I do not enjoy visiting the dentist in the first place! Please do not make me more uncomfortable by forcing me to look at disgusting pictures of rotting teeth! That's all I get to look at when I'm there! As much money as I have spent at this location you would think they can afford pictures that relax and make you comfortable! Also, they are not careful with your private information! They listen to your voicemail messages so everyone can hear them and just walking by the billing circle you can read other people's SS#'s and DOB's right off the paperwork they leave laying around!

I am on a fixed income and my co-pay was $100.00. That money was a sacrifice and I recieved only x-rays and a consultation from the dentist. My first visit was going to cost me $480.00 for a cleaning. Of course I can not afford that. So I left the office feeling like I had been tricked. $100.00 for what? When I asked if I could get that co-pay payment reversed I was told no. I am so disappointed. And $100.00 poorer.I don't know if this will make a difference but this month I will have to cut back on my spending.

I have been going to West Wind Dental since it was Ronald Moon. They take great care of your teeth. They make sure you do not miss your cleanings, which is beneficial to you because it helps prevent cavities or catch them at an early stage, which will save you money in the long run. Since my family and I have gone to West Wind we have had a lot less cavities. They also offer ortho and the ortho dservice is just as great. Love Melissa, Dr. Fehmi, Joseph and Dr. O. The entire staff is great.

Your dental hygientist was extremely rude and disrespectful to both myself and my children. My son was very anxious about gingivitis and she did not comfort him or encourage him but provoked and taunted him. She was short with both of my kids as well as myself. She made snide comments and the environment was very tense and uncomfortable we will not be tolorating this kind of treatment and I will change dentists if need be and this situation is not fixed by our next visit. She also was very unprofessional when calling other employees names in front of my family. Please call with any questions (623)877-8132.
