My car problem was handled very well. It needed a transmission.

Wards came through from explaining the problems to its needs and best options. They even provided a loner while the transmission was being completed. Wards gave an excellent explanation of the problem and issues. They also completed a multiple point checks. After receiving the the car back it is running really good and l was well pleased. When my car stopped running in Pasadena, I called my mechanically gifted friend for advice. He said that he would not take his car anywhere but Ward's. He could not have been more right. Nice, honest, and very competent people. There are not too many of these places left. So my advice is now the same; if it's possible, start with Ward Service.

First class business operation and service.

It is a cost effective value based company (not the lowest costs in town) however you receive they very best technical support with an outstanding customer service. They are straight forward in diagnosing issues and provide a quotation before commencing any work.

Great regular servicing and good communication on problems discovered needing fixing. Car seemed to be running well before servicing and mount repair, but afterwards can tell a most definite improvement in running smoothness.

You found the problem (bad wiring would not carry necessary voltage) and solved it...

You also located a potential future problem (bad catalitic converter) and fixed it.

You did not charge me for the new starter that was installed (because that was not the true cause of the problem..)

You delivered the car on time and in great shape, at a very fair price.

I felt comfortable browsing through the store and the owner is very accommodating . She showed/demonstrated the benefits of some stuff I was interested in without being "pushy". At the end of her sales talk all she says is " It's something to think about". The item I bought from the store is working as it says it would.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Letran and her staff. Professional as well as comforting. Her secretary staff has been very accommodating to my schedule and helpful with their appointment reminders. Her nursing staff is comforting in that they are knowledgeable about their job and wonderful to talk to. I seem to get the same nurse most the time I go and I kinda enjoy talking to her. Its obvious to me that Dr. Letran cares about her patients, yet she also seems to care about the happiness of her staff. Which, in turn, provides us patients with a satisfying and even delightful experience givin the circumstance (its the dentist). I would recommend to all.
