I called and made a reservation when I received an email saying it was 40% off with a new stylist and I told the receptionist that too. When I paid they didn't give me the 40% off and I didn't realize until after I left. You shouldnt advertise specials if you're not going to honor them. Other then that Mimi was excellent. Very sweet and did a great job

We are sorry about the inconvenience, Kelsey. Unfortunately, our computer system does not automatically discount services that are sent out through email. We require our clients to show a print out of the email or via smartphone. Because we have direct marketing, not every client receives the discount emails and we have no way of knowing which client is using a coupon without proof of the email. As always, was greated today by my favorite blond girl at the front desk who got me that delicious tea. Then I settled into the stylist chair with Tracy who did my highlights in the front. Looks fabulous!!!
