Michael at Truu is amazing! I'm always very satisfied with how my hair looks after each visit. The whole staff is friendly and attentive and they pamper you with refreshments and a hand massage which I always love!

I had a great experience again. From the moment you walk in the staff are accommodating and welcoming. Becki did a great job. You can tell that she is very talented and knowledgeable. She is willing to guide you if you want suggestions and she seems to actually care about the end results for her customers. Would highly recommend this salon!

The experience was wonderful. You walk in, have a lovely cup of tea handed to you...very friendly staff.

The only reason I'm not giving it a higher rating is that the color I got is too dark. The stylist said it would lighten up though; I'm very much looking forward to that as it's been 3 days and I've had no compliments at all about the color. Family, friends and coworkers have walked up to me and literally said, "Oh, you changed your hair... it's a little dark" and nothing else. You know when they don't say anything it's because they've nothing nice to say about it. Usually, when I change my hair people are all over me asking where I got it done. Not this time, so I'm disappointed with that.

I wouldn't recommend the hair color nor go back to redo mine in future, but this is in no way a reflection of the staff there. The stylist did say it would be darker than expected (and she was absolutely right) despite the fact that I chose the lighter of the two options she gave me.

While the color didn't work for me, I did enjoy my first time at your salon. Thank you.
