I did not care for the font desk receptionist acting as if she owned the business gave me the wrong readings foe my eyes and Dr. long caught it . I would have been highly upset if I had paid my hard earned money ane couldn't we're the new glasses. Young people need to be respectful to the paying customers in and to seniors that re old enough to be their mom or dad . So glad the Dr. Was on her toes

My prescription was totally wrong. By the time my glasses came in and I discovered it was wrong, it was past the amount of time to be re-evaluated for free. So I had to pay another $50.00 for an exam to get the right prescription, which is still not accurate. NOT going back for a 3rd.

I was very dissatisfied with this Optometrist. Her first perscription for my glasses was completely wrong. A second examination was done and the second prescription was more accurate. I had a bad feeling when I was told that I did not have an astigmatism during the first exam. She also told me I did not have cataracts. I have had an astigmatism since 1984 and every Optometrist I have seen has told me that I did. The cataracts were found 10 years ago and again, other Optometrist did not have a problem finding them.
