I felt the visit was very impersonal and rushed. I felt that I was not provided enough information on treatment that was recommended. The questions I did ask about the treatment were answered in a condesending way. When I asked for a treatment plan with the exact cost and what my insurance would cover I was told they would have to get back to me. They had a new person at the desk who had only been there a few days and she was unable to find the needed information. That was not her fault but she should have had someone that could have helped her out until she was more familar with things.

Never had a problem. Appointments start on time, staff friendly and knowledgable. Occassionally they try to sell something like teeth whitening or invisalign, but there is no pressure if you say no.
