I had Elizabeth and my experience with her was horrible. I had a root touch-up done and she was sloppy in applying the color and in addition, did not rinse off the color well (had to go to back to the sink at least 3 times). Her instructor finally had to rinse me at the end. While Elizabeth rinse my hair the first few times, she kept pulling and tugging at my hair. Not a pleasant experience. She had no sense of customer service whatsoever. I have had positive experiences with past students, but never like this. I'm not sure if I'd come back.

I was thrilled that my hair was finally cut as short as I wanted it with no arguments from the stylist, who was a little nervous but did the right thing and asked for help whenever she wasn't sure about something. Everyone there was very sweet, and I've gotten so many compliments on my new hairdo! Thank you!

krysta did a great job on my spray tan. she was great at explaining after care and made sure to cover all areas evenly. love that norvell already has a bronzer in it so you look glowy within hours. would definitely do it again!

Monica was ok. She was pretty unprofessional, at one point she dropped conditioner on another stylist. She killed a bug with her hands and did not wash them before coming back to work on my hair, which was gross. She also cut herself. The haircut ended up taking from 11:15 to 1:30..way too long for a haircut. I would recommend that she correct her hair color because I went to the salon to dye my hair, but once I saw hers couldn't really trust it. I don't love my hair cut its ok, not really what I was going for.feels like the teachers don't want students to cut off a lot of inches because I originally asked for 4 inches off and the teachers suggested that I not do that. Monica did a good job asking if everything was ok, checking the length with me, but overall I was not satisfied.

Taylor did an excellent job on my color. She was friendly but not overly chatty. All supervisors were professional and taught with kindness. A great experience!

Had a great experience! Started on time, go a an all-new haircut that I am extremely happy with. The student did a WONDERFUL job on a precise haircut. The instructor was very encouraging and had great ideas! Thanks so much.
