I have been a customer of The Loft for 2 1/2 years now after being introduced to it through Groupon. I consider The Loft among the best hair salons I have experienced. The stylists are extremely good, the owners are always present and involved with the customers, and while waiting for a hair color service to do its thing, you can browse the wonderful gallery on two floors and ask the artist/owner any questions you have about the artwork! The staff are quite accommodating, always desiring the customer to be comfortable during their service. I have referred 3 members of my family who have been multiple times, and friends. And it is located in a great/accessible area of town.

The Loft Salon Spa & Gallery is a jewel in the heart of the city! Their clientele ranges from young & hip to modern classic. Danielle takes PERFECT care of my cut, color & style...& Marie takes PERFECT care of my skin care, waxing & brow tint needs!

This salon is among the best of the best in Seattle!

I went to The Loft last weekend for a hair cut and color with Danielle (I hope I'm spelling her name right!). Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming and not only did they offer me tea or coffee when I first came in, but during the coloring portion Danielle made sure I had another drink and anything I needed while I sat there and let the color set. As for the cut and color it was AMAZING!! Danielle was extremely accomodating and even though she had me down only as a highlight (I didn't know what I wanted when I booked the appointment) she made the time to color AND highlight my hair. Her suggestions coupled with her ability to listen to my desires and understand my hair needs turned out a fabulous end product. I've had multiple people at work tell me I look like a new person, like someone they would see on the cover of Vogue or something. It was a big change cut and color-wise...and it worked great! You guys are life changers!!!! THANK YOU!!!

I've been having my hair cut by David for years, and I'm more than happy with how he cuts my hair. My daughter and I had haircut appointments with David on a Saturday, and decided just a week before we would try getting our color done there as well, and they were very accommodating, working it out so we could both get in. They seem willing to go the extra mile, and I haven't met anyone there that isn't warm and friendly.

Best hair cut and color EVER! Charlie can transform the ponytail to chic sofistication and take 10 years off your age with his talent and scissors. I am stopped on the street, grocery store, etc. with compliments and requests for his name! Thanks Charlie!

David is a great professional, he's been cutting my hair for 4 years now. I highly recommend him!!

The Loft Salon team are all very friendly and helpful, and they offer the nice touches like espresso coffee drinks, wine, etc... Its a great environment!
