I am amazed at how friendly and efficient EVERYONE is a the Downtown Dental Group. For my 6-month cleaning and exam, I'm always in and out within 45 minutes. It must be a great place to work because everyone that I've worked with has been there since I became a patient 9 years ago.

I was SO scared because I hadn't been to the dentist in about ten years, I'm scared of needles, don't have insurance, and am on a budget. But everyone was very nice. The procedure was quick and they took care to make it as painless as possible, and fit into my very small budget. Im going there from now on.

My appointment was for 11 am and less than five minutes after my arrival I was in the chair and received an extensive, thorough cleaning. I was also reminded to floss more and Dr. Costello pointed out areas of concern and how to avoid issues down the road. The experience was painless, efficient and with the headphones and cable television I was able to catch up on local and national news.

Downtown Dental is modern, clean and the staff extremely personal and pleasant.

Their offices feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and very professional. My hygienist is always very caring and makes sure that I'm not anxious. The TV over the chair really helps me relax.

From the time I arrive at the clinic up until the time I leave, I find I spend very little time at the clinic which, indeed, is client considerations.
