Jordan is my regular stylist, but in her absence, I saw Bridget. Bridget did an amazing job, but when Stephanie called to tell me Jordan left & transferred my appointment to Bridget, she failed to mention the price difference. It put me in an awkward position when I checked out because I had to ask why the price was higher & then ask to only pay what I usually pay. No one knew what to do & it was very uncomfortable. This should have been addressed when my appointment was moved from Jordan to Bridget. When Jordan left Trim, they referred us all to Merrill, but told us our first appointment would be at Jordan's price. Had Stephanie done this, it would have made for a much easier transition. The appointment was already uncomfortable & this made it worse. Love Bridget, but not sure I'll stay with the salon.
