Taylor's employees once again prove it's the people who make the difference. The mechanics performed an excellent repair and took the time to explain my car's problem and how they corrected the deficiency. John, the manager/service writer, also took the time to ensure my car and myself were properly cared for. And lastly, Oz did a wonderful job of washing my car.
