I called to order a new left contact. My insurance changed with the new year, and I told her I would be fine with paying for it out of my pocket. I have been going to Dr Berk for years. The girl was pleasant, however I must admit I was quite insulted when she told me I would need to pay for the lense before she would order it. REALLY??? Did she think all of a sudden I was not going to pay???? Did she bother to look and see I am a long term client, never had ANY billing issues... It just felt bad. I did not have a problem paying it was just the conotation that went along with it.
