even though I have always had a very good experience with Sunnyside Vision Source my husband has not, two years ago when he and I had appointments the lady that helped us choose our glass frames and additional items my husband needed for his glasses misquoted him, asked for more money over the phone minutes after we left. this time it happended again soon as we left your office called with another problem he was not happy and probably will not come back. Sorry to say even if I have alwasy been satified I probalby will find another Doctor as well since we usually make our appointments together, thanks for you time

We do strive to make accurate quotes from patient?s insurance benefits, but unfortunately and seldom we provide a quote different than what the insurance will reimburse. Our policy is to contact the patient as soon as we find a discrepancy before going any further with the order.
