The staff at Suburb are the best - they get you in and out of there very fast and are always very clear with what things cost. It is great to roll into Suburb Service and find that they are ready to get started on your car. After the check, they tell you exactly what is needed and what you can wait on. They explain everything and let you decide what work they are going to perform. No surprises.

If you own a Subaru you need not look further than Suburb Service. I take my 2005 Legacy GT there for regular maintenance and won't take it anyplace else. The dealerships are over priced. If you're looking for real people, real customer service and quality work, this is the place to go. You can tell when you walk in the door not only do the mechnics know what they're doing but so do the people behind the counter. Reassuring when your about to drop a large chunk of change. Moreover, if you have a problem they'll go above and beyond to resolve it. When I think about what I value as a consumer I wish more places were like Suburb Service.

Suburb Service is the best shop I've ever taken my car to. The prices are competitive, and the people are friendly without being overbearing. It is a low pressure shop. They will tell you if something on your car needs addressing, and give you a price estimate, but that's it. It's up to you to decide if you'll follow through with the work. I will never take my car anywhere else.
