Wondering why you seem to know just how much I owe you at the time of my appointment and how much my insurance will cover and then I receive an additional bill from you wanting more money. Seems a little underhanded.
Also - feel sorry for the girls who are working for you - seems like they need to be in competition for a popularity contest in order to look good to their employer.

We apologize for the way you feel regarding our office. Insurance can be a tricky thing to estimate for some patients, however, we do bill that for you as a courtesy. Although, if you want to bill your insurance and get reimbursed from them, we would gladly arrange that for you. I would certainly welcome a conversation about why you feel the way you do about the girls. Since you are anonymous, I have no way to contact you or even believe that you are truly a patient.
