I have to tell you, if I went by first impressions I wouldn't come back. The receptionist was not very nice and didn't explain any of the paperwork I was signing. Just because it is more convenient to have people sign electronically doesn't mean we don't deserve an explanation of what we are signing.
The furniture in the waiting room is a little worn looking, but everything else there is pretty good.
As far as the appointment goes, the assistants were very nice and personable and Dr Ted is good at what he does.
The person who works with explaining the insurance was extremely helpful, and took time in explaining exactly what would and wouldn't be covered under my insurance. It was a nice change from the person at the front desk who seemed annoyed when I asked what I was signing. We will come back because of her, if no other reason.
