When I first arrived at Spectrum Eye, the woman at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and did not make eye contact other than to see that I was there. I waited for only 5 to 10 minutes to get into a clinical room where an assistant did some preliminary checks. I then waited for approximately 40 minutes for Dr. Liu to arrive, which is ridiculous. When he finally did arrive, I half-jokingly said to him "You made it!", but he did not apologize for his extreme tardiness. I have seen other reviews that echoed my experience and so I have the impression this is a common occurrence. In this regard they are not managed properly and they should fix the problem. Not sure I will go back with such a long wait.
