I love you guys. Milo does too. That said, this time when I dropped him off, there was a big communication problem and when I was asked if he was to have the same as last time, I said yes. We were surprised to see that Milo had a full field cut...in January. The last time he had this was, appropriately, in July. The last 3 or 4 times he was there, he had a trim and overall cleanup of his knotted hair, feathers, feet etc. That was the extent of the cut, which is what I expected.
When I called after my husband picked him up and told me that Milo had a field cut, I called the salon to ask what happened. The gal at the front said that she was looking at his record and saw that the last time he had a cut, it was a field cut. She asked me did I want the same as last time, and I said yes. Me assuming she meant the last time I was there. She assuming the last time he had a full cut. It would have been nice to have heard, "I am so sorry for the mistake" but that is not what I heard. What I heard was a cavalier attitude and no apology. Pool Milo is shivering and cold now when before he had a full Springer Spaniel coat to keep him warm that just needed a trim.
Dianna, We do sincerely apologize for the mix up for the confusion regarding the services were wanting when your husband dropped off for his grooming appointment. As your groomer offered when you spoke with her your next bath tidy at the salon will be for no charge. We do appreciate your business and are sorry for the misunderstanding.
