I waited 75 minutes past my appt time to start my root canal. they explained the delay as a miscommunication between the person who set up my appt and the root canal doc's scheduling team. While I understand miscommunications this delay cost me $$ as i was away from work longer than expected.
The staff is very pleasant. The doctor Allan is very very good as is Karen. Both worked LONG time on me and it was 3 hour root canal and they were great to ensure I was not in pain. My only suggestion / complaint is that prior to the root canal I was not told that the root canal would result in temporary filling and that I would have to make a follow up appt for a permanent filling. What should have happened is they should have scheduled me earlier in the day and scheduled the perm filling immediately after the root canal on same day.
