With each procedure I had with Dr. Buchan, I felt I was helped to understand the steps needed for completion, and I never was unclear about the treatment plan. That's important to me. While that might be a goal for most dentist, Dr Buchan and his staff never forget it.
Yesterday wasn't the greatest dental appointment I've had (just getting my teeth cleaned and a clean bill of oral health would have been what I wanted), but you found trouble and a good periodontist to fix it. You did it in a way that was positive, if anything like that can be positive. Much appreciated.
