Not a very good experience. Was waiting for the email announcing the 20% off all products sale and never got it. Called and asked and was told it just happened last week. I received the emails in the past.
Went in to purchase the product anyway since I was out, and I was not in their system. Not by last name or phone number - even though I've gotten my hair done and purchased product in the past (and Not distant past). Was told that they did some upgrading and some people may have been deleted from the system. I suppose that would explain why I never got the 20% off email.
They re-entered my information and I made my product purchase. I asked if it was possible to still get the 20% off since it was their error and was not offered the discount. Oh well I guess, but sort of annoying to find out it was their error with removing me from their system - an active, current customer.
I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. I definitely feel you deserve the 20% discount and will honor it to you. I will have a credit to your account for the 20% you should have received.
