When I arrived at the salon I was greeted by the lady behind the counter, she told me that my stylist was just finishing up. Fifteen minutes later she comes back and tells me it is going to be a little while yet, then preceded to tell me that that my stylist squeezed someone else in. That did not make me very happy. I arrange my appointments so I can get the time I want to fit into my schedule, this appointment was made back in July. I rushed from my place of employment to make sure I made it to my appointment on time. Rushed, so I can sit in your lobby?? Well another 15 minutes went by and she came over again to tell me my stylist was just finishing up and that she could take me back if I would like, now it's been a half hour past my scheduled appointment. The stylist NEVER apologized for making me wait. I know you have my phone number to call if you need to cancel or change an appt. - it should also work if you are running behind! In this case I don't feel I should have had to wait, just to squeeze someone else in. When I had my appointment set months ago.
