I did not have to wait. Dr. Rai explained everything she was going to do before she did it and why it was necessary. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all, a 5 star visit! Highly recommended.

I am the world's worst coward when it comes to seeing a dentist, but Dr.Rai was very receptive to my request for lots of novocaine and did the procedure quickly. There was very little discomfort afterwards and the new filling seems to be working well.

Dr. Rai and her staff always behave in a very professional way. There is little or no waiting. Dr. Rai is gentle and willing to answer questions.

Normal procedure. Actually, I did not fully understand procedure as initially explained so I went on the Internet to get a clearer picture. I subseqently spoke with a relative in dental practice in Massachusetts. She explained that there are two schools of thought on exposed dentine: (1) keep area clean with proper soft bristle brushing or (2) apply sealants.

For future patients, perhaps a brochure or one page explanation might help.

I bring my 4 children to DR.Rai and I myself have seen her.She is very nice and makes everyone feel comfortable.They are very good with children.My 6 year old son went in crying because he was afraid and left with a smile on his face.They explained everything that they were going to do to him and they really made him feel so much better.Dr. Rai also replaced my fillings and I felt no pain.I would definitely go back to her and will continue bringing my children to her.The kids also get to pick out a toy from the toy chest on there way out,which they look forward to.
