I took my car to this shop, as it was close to home and I liked the work they performed in the past. I was having trouble with my transmission, and was told I should have the engine flushed. Unknowingly, I agreed to have it done on a 1999 Chevy Prism because I thought the shop was honest and truthful. The next car, my car stopped working, there was a hole in my transmission. I called the shop and spoke with the Manager and I offered to have the issue fixed for $1500 after I already paid $500 the previous day. I recently noticed the name of the shop has changed, probably because of all the poor customer service and rip-offs. I would not offer this shop to anyone I know, and will never do business there again.

After leaving my car at your shop on two consecutive occasions, my car seat and interior smelled foul. As a result I must now spend money to clean the interior and deodorize the interior. I suggest always putting plastic over seats, paper mats on floor, wiping gear shift and steering wheel with clorox wipes during maintenance and before returning to customer. Just saying!

Thus far all is well with the starter switch and the dash seems to be put back properly. I was wowed by the price of repair and not told beforehand what the installation would cost. I do appreciate being taken care of the same day while I waited. Indeed, I called at the last minute.

Shephards Hi-Tech is my only auto repair center. The mechanics there are top-notch and trustworthy. Let's face it an auto mechanic like a medical doctor is a highly specialized technician who generally knows more about the customer's problem than the customer does. Earning the customer's trust comes with establishing a history of exacting diagnosis, best practices and courtesy. Shephard's Hi-Tech meets this criteria.
