Dr. Rosen was so kind and considerate. I will be spending lots of time near the equator this summer, and she took time to answer all of my questions about unique vision concerns in this environment. She tested the strength of my sunglasses, then helped me select some very durable kinds from the displays. I really appreciate that she took so much time to give me advice and explain her recommendations. She is a very generous and patient optometrist; I would recommend her to a friend.

My appointment was at 9:30 am on a Monday but I first left the waiting area at 11:00am! I was tempted to leave but since I didn't have something scheduled later, I stayed. After the eye tests began, things improved dramatically. No one told me, though, why the delay or offered any apology. I hope this kind of delay is rare and that the next time, things are more prompt.
