I have been going to Dr Wally for many years and have never had a better dental experience anywhere. He is great!

I do have to say though that my last visit was pretty upsetting when i checked out. I was expecting a $98 bill and was shocked when they told me $251. The hygenist just went ahead and did extra stuff without informing me that there would be additional cost. Had i been given a choice in the matter i would have opted not to do them. But i was not given a choice. I am a single mother who does not have much money and no insurance so it really put me in a bad position. Paying that bill put my bank account into overdraw and i accrured additional fees for that. I was not happy about it and still trying to recover! My advice is to always be clear of what you are being charged for if you cant afford a lot. Otherwise, they are all great and i will return.

The doctor and his staff are friendly, courteous, and highly trained in the most innovative techniques of the field of dentistry. The office is bright, immaculately clean, and well staffed.

I would just like to say that Dr. Walley and staff, are always curtious and caring, and I always receive a call the following day after an appointment, to see if i'm doing ok. It's things like that that makes people feel special. I could not imagine going anywhere else, and I would recommend the office to everyone I know, they are really top notch!

Actually I had a very good experience. I actually thought my appointment was on April 4, but it was on April 3. Wendy called me and told me I could still make my appointment if I got there in 20 minutes. I made it and Doctor Walley was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I also got a teeth cleaning on that day. Overall I would say my experience was great.

I was apprehensive about going, as I have HUGE anxiety about going to a dentist. Dr Robert Wally and his staff were just so amazing. He (and his staff) took the time to explain what they were doing! More dentist's need to learn that skill! Knowing what was going on, and there technology to show you, reduced my stress significantly. I have a bit of work I need to get done, but I have found the Doctor that will be doing it!
